Corn Salsa (Ann Peterson)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium Red onion diced
  • 3 fresh jalapeƱos, chopped
  • 2.5 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cans Rotel tomatoes (medium)
  • 2 cans Garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 cans Black beans, drained
  • 1 – 16 oz bag frozen corn (thawed)
  • 2 packages Good Seasonings Italian Dressing (vinegar, water, oil)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large container. Let sit overnight for best flavor.
