Creamy Chicken Penne (Nonny)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 LB Chicken Breast
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 oz package of ranch dressing packet
  • 10oz mini penne pasta

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In slow cooker combine soups, broth + ranch packet
  2. Add chicken breast completely submerging
  3. Cover & cook on low for 5-1/2 hours
  4. Last 1/2 hour of cooking, cook penne
  5. Remove chicken breast & shred. Return to pot
  6. Add penne & mix thoroughly
  7. Let sit 15 minutes for best results
