Pico De Gallo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes, diced small (about 2 cups when diced)
  • 1/2 cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno chopped fine (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 garlic glove (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop tomatoes into 1/4″ to 3/8″ cubes
  2. Add all ingredients to bowl & mix
  3. Refrigerate prior to use for best results
