Salsa (Chilis)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups roughly chopped up tomatoes (3/8” cubes)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped jalapeños 
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup chopped onion (or 1-1/2 TBSP minced onion)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3/4+ tsp garlic salt 
  • 1/2+ tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Dash of pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Drain extra juice from tomatoes in strainer aggressively. 
  2. Food process all ingredients for around 3 seconds until desired consistency/thickness. Don’t over process.
