Spinach Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 12 oz Artichoke Hearts (marinated) Delallo Jar
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Crackers, Pumpernickel Bread or Pita Chips, etc.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. If Spinach is frozen, place in Tupperware with 1 Tbsp water for 2 minutes in microwave. Or warm water in strainer.
  3. Strain to remove excess water from spinach.
  4. Mix mozzarella, artichoke and spinach well.
  5. Evenly add all remaining ingredients.
  6. Lightly spray grease small casserole dish (6” round) and add mixture
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes. (Or Crockpot, 60 minutes minimum)
