Steak Seasoning – Dry Rub (Steves)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1/2 TBSP Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Tumerick

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine/mix all ingredients well (shake in ziplock bag)
  2. Steak should be room temperature when cooking.
  3. Rub onto both sides of steak.
  4. Let absorb for at least 30 minutes before cooking
