Jojo Potatos (Sheryl)


  • Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasonal Salt (or equivalent)


  1. Preheat oven to 435
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/8 wedges
  3. Coat potatoes and baking pan with LOTS of olive oil
  4. Coat generously with lots of seasonal salt
  5. Add any other spices desired (onion powder, oregano, garlic salt, etc.)
  6. Bake at 435 for 35 minutes! Stirring/flipping once half way through.
