INGREDIENTS:
LOAF INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 to 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp minced onions
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp brown sugar (heaping)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine all loaf ingredients into large mixing bowl
- Combine 3 topping ingredients into a small bowl
- Grease meatloaf dish & add loaf mixture
- Carve long groove in top of loaf with finger
- Drizzle topping mixture into groove & spread slightly over entire loaf
- Cook uncovered for 60 minutes (if 2 lbs meat, cook 70 minutes)
