Pannini Sandwiches


  • 1 Loaf Italian Bread (up to 4 sandwiches)
  • 2 eggs (per sandwich)
  • 5-slices Hard Salami (per sandwich)
  • 5-slices Sandwich Pepperoni (per sandwich)
  • 2-slices cheese provolone, swiss or pepper-jack (per sandwich)
  • French Fries or 1 Hash Brown Patty (per sandwich)
  • 1 Bag Angel Hair Cole Slaw
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  1. Put slaw in bowl with tight lid
  2. Add 1/2 cup+ of white vinegar and 1/4 cup+ sugar into bowl.
  3. Place on tight lid and shake to mix
  4. Place in refrigerator at least 15 minutes to reduce
  5. Taste and add sugar if too tart or add vinegar if too sweet
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place back in refrigerator until needed.


  1. Cook french fries or hash browns before starting slaw.
  2. Cut Italian loaf into thick slides – 1” or slightly under. Mayo if wanted.
  3. Cook salami and pepperoni on flat electric griddle or pan
  4. Place meat on bread when done and place cheese on meat on sandwich to melt
  5. Cook eggs in grease from lunch-meat, leaving space between yolks
  6. Flip once. Place still slightly runny eggs on sandwich with one yolk on each half
  7. Place french fries or hash-browns on sandwich.
  8. Place cole-slaw on sandwich and close with other piece of bread.
  9. Cut in half between yolks.
