INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Loaf Italian Bread (up to 4 sandwiches)
- 2 eggs (per sandwich)
- 5-slices Hard Salami (per sandwich)
- 5-slices Sandwich Pepperoni (per sandwich)
- 2-slices cheese provolone, swiss or pepper-jack (per sandwich)
- French Fries or 1 Hash Brown Patty (per sandwich)
- 1 Bag Angel Hair Cole Slaw
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
SLAW DIRECTIONS:
- Put slaw in bowl with tight lid
- Add 1/2 cup+ of white vinegar and 1/4 cup+ sugar into bowl.
- Place on tight lid and shake to mix
- Place in refrigerator at least 15 minutes to reduce
- Taste and add sugar if too tart or add vinegar if too sweet
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Place back in refrigerator until needed.
SANDWICH DIRECTIONS:
- Cook french fries or hash browns before starting slaw.
- Cut Italian loaf into thick slides – 1” or slightly under. Mayo if wanted.
- Cook salami and pepperoni on flat electric griddle or pan
- Place meat on bread when done and place cheese on meat on sandwich to melt
- Cook eggs in grease from lunch-meat, leaving space between yolks
- Flip once. Place still slightly runny eggs on sandwich with one yolk on each half
- Place french fries or hash-browns on sandwich.
- Place cole-slaw on sandwich and close with other piece of bread.
- Cut in half between yolks.
