Stir Fry Chicken


  • 1LB chicken (or steak)
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1 cup green pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup red pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup sweet or white onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 1 cup Sauce (General Tso, Terriyaki, Kung Poa, etc.)


  1. Slice vegetables into 1/2″ x 2″ strips
  2. Slice chicken into 1/4″ thick strips
  3. Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Use deep enough pan to hold all ingredients.
  4. Add chicken and cook until almost done. (remove from pan)
  5. Add onions and cook until almost done. (remove from pan)
  6. Add all other vegetables.
  7. Stir fry until vegetables are crisp & tender (2-3 minutes)
  8. Return meat and onions to pan and top with sauce, stir until thickens (1 minute)
  9. Serve over rice or noodles.
