INGREDIENTS:
- 1LB chicken (or steak)
- 1 TBSP oil
- 1 cup green pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup red pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup sweet or white onion (sliced)
- 1 cup water chestnuts (sliced)
- 1 cup Sauce (General Tso, Terriyaki, Kung Poa, etc.)
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice vegetables into 1/2″ x 2″ strips
- Slice chicken into 1/4″ thick strips
- Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Use deep enough pan to hold all ingredients.
- Add chicken and cook until almost done. (remove from pan)
- Add onions and cook until almost done. (remove from pan)
- Add all other vegetables.
- Stir fry until vegetables are crisp & tender (2-3 minutes)
- Return meat and onions to pan and top with sauce, stir until thickens (1 minute)
- Serve over rice or noodles.
