Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo



  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
  • Chicken Seasoning (Italian Herb)


  • 1lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 TBSP Oil
  • Pinch of salt


  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 3 cloves garlic (1-1/2 tsp minced from jar)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 TBSP flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Begin boiling pasta water and add salt, oil. Add pasta when boiling.
  2. Prepare chicken with olive oil and seasoning and begin grilling. When done, place on platter, covered with foil until ready to slice and plate.
  3. Melt butter in STAINLESS STEEL pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Lower temp to medium-low heat, add salt and pepper.
  5. Whisk in flour until no chunks remain.
  6. Whisk in cream until well mixed.
  7. Cook on low until steaming and slightly thickened.
  8. Whisk in parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  9. When smooth, remove from heat and cover until ready to serve.
  10. Plate with pasta, chicken, sauce, additional parmesan and parsley.
