Zucchini Bread (Nonny)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • —–
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cups Oil
  • 2 cups Grated Zucchini

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease two 9″x5″ loaf pans
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on inside of pan
  4. Split mix evenly between 2 pans
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top of mixture
  6. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.
  7. Check and cook until toothpick sticks clean
  8. Place pans on rack to cool on all sides
  9. Let sit 45 minutes.
  10. Turn pan upside down and shake until loaf falls free.
