Chicken Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1cup cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups cooked rice (if possible let cool)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy or Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Mix Egg & 1-Tbsp Water. Heat butter in pan. Dump in egg & let run thin. Do not stir. When done, slice into 1/4” x 1” strips) Set aside.
  2. Cook rice per packaging instructions. Set aside.
  3. Put 1 Tbsp Oil into pan & when hot, saute 1/2 to 2/3 cup chopped onion
  4. Add 2 cups cooked rice
  5. Add 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  6. Add 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. Add 1 Cup cooked/chopped chicken
  8. Stir-fry all mixing actively.
  9. Once done, add egg & stir.
